sELAMAT daTANG BULAN J

KEEP UDATED WITH YOUR lhdN ACCOUNT'S MEH, IT'S DUE DATE DAY FOR ALL sme'S BUSINESS OWNER LIKE ME. I AM TRYING TO PUT AN ACCOUNT FOR all MY SOLE props registry' . This 30th june is the due date for submitting yours. Please help me! Am I cying for gurus now eh? i'm just not so sure about the accounting period a nd the accounting year end date eventhough i'm taking somes account & tax classes during study time in Uitm.

I started to register my business earlier back in 2005 but it quote started in the certificate that my business start commencing on the january 2006.

HEll - Keep me away from the place!

anyway for a beginner or some dummy to start a business, here are my advise:

1. keep your accounting period 1/4/20x3-31/3/20x4

for beginner like me, this will make a good one because you can submit the account together with all employment income or whatsoever.
i.e rental income, dividend, etc.

advantages: you submit the account to lhdn, your account untill 2007, and pay taxes for only 3 month in the year ( but of course together with the remaining previous 9 month profit in 2006 as a total accumulated income of a year )

2. Start keeping an account starting the very 1st day you do a business. and keep it simple..
i.e bills, toll receipt, etc.

3. Declare high, pay low! hahahaaha

4. yeah, use the profit and loss. maximize it in an account

5. Search, charter or authorised an agent(i.e like me) to do the work and calculation

6. Some capitalist would recommend you to avoid paying tax to the government. They let the company do it for them.

7. Cari kerja yang berfaedah untuk di buat!

8. Keep right on spending money!

9. Play your game smart!

10. Hire a winner

11. Train a winner

12. If the turnover for the business as sole proprietor is over than 200K, you better start thinking about running a company to do the business.

Reason: at the stage, you will pay equally about 28% to the government which is very damn high! You can pay less taxes with company's allowable expenses which you can spent on your behalves. Start to think about it! 28% of every company's making will sure go to the Inland Revenue Board.

(Assuming that company tax is at constant 28% from nett profit)

13. Play like champions !

14. Create business that generate income. Start buying asset(s) i.e lands, golds// trade stocks, bond and try real-property or ads, business as good as you can meih... hehe. lei lei lei

15. Start to think and making profit & experience of maximizing growth of a new business

16. Think bigger and bigger than ever!

17. Check out , check-it-out (:
